Rental Rates and Information

Ranging from $1,600.00 per month for a one bedroom to $2,800.00 for a dramatic two bedroom that occupies the complete second floor. Most of the apartments include all utilities in the rent.

We understand that when you are coming from out of town, it can be difficult to get to Ann Arbor to view an apartment.  Approximately 40% of our apartments are rented sight unseen through the internet.  Contact us if you are interested in renting a unit before moving to Ann Arbor and we can help you in this process.     

1. All of our apartments are rented with a minimum one-year lease. 
2. A credit check is required as a part of the application. 
3. Apartment showings require notice for our existing residents. 
4. We have a strict no-dog policy, cats are fine.  

If you would like to be put on out waiting list please fill in our application and send it in.  You do not need to give us a social security number at this time. 

Unit availability is routinely updated as current residents notify management of their plans to move out. Additionally, any available  apartments will be posted on the the internet.
